6:50 to 7:50pm Beginning Jujitsu 10-17 8 to 9pm Adult Martial arts  / Chin na


     Tuesdays

5:30 to 6:30pm Yellow belts  6:45 to 7:45pm Senior fitness

8 to 9pm Strength Conditioning class


Wednesdays

4:30 to 5:30pm White Belts          5:30 to 6:30pm Beginning Jujitsu / Chin na: 10-17

8 to 9pm  Adult Martial arts / Chin na

    

     Fridays

8 to 9pm: Martial arts conditioning and Weapons

  Saturdays

8 to 9am Yoga (additional fee required) 10:30 to 11:15am Beginners 4-5

11:20 to 12:20pm Yellow belts 12:25 to 1:25pm Kick boxing aerobics
